TitleThai Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil
½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon water
MethodIn a small pan, combine the sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes, or until the sugar dissolves. Stir in all the remaining ingredients and cook for three minutes. Remove form heat. Serve warm or at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate for up to two days; warm over low heat to serve. Great with chicken or beef skewers.
