TitleGinger Pork Wraps - Crock Pot
Preparation time5 mins / Cooks all Day

Ingredients2 1/2 lb pork roast
Fresh Grated Ginger 3 Tbsp
1/2 cup Honey
1 Jar Hoisan Sauce

MethodPlace roast in crock pot, top with grated ginger and honey. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred meat and add a jar of Hoisan sauce. Let stand for 30 minutes.

Mix shredded cabbage with some rice vinegar in a separate bowl. Heat tortilla's and fill with meat and cabbage, roll up and dinner is done.
