Ingredients1. - 1/2 cup strong coffee
2. - 1 cup of milk (half and half or cream even better!)
3. - 3 tablespoons of sugar
4. - 3 tablespoons of chocolate or caramel or strawberry sauce
5. - 2 cups of ice

MethodPut first 4 ingredients into a blender and blend until sugar is disolved; aboout 10 seconds works for me. Add the ice and blend until fairly smooth.
Nutritional informationI wasn't after nutrition, I was after something to cool me off from the heat and wasn't about to spend $4.50 at some Seatlle-based coffee shop.
