Looks like it was good thing, minus the minor traffic hassles. I know I spent more than $200 that weekend. [Click Here] nothing in life is free, it ain't about easy it's about tough

very good, good news story, good that people came up and spent money here just good all around. I don’t need your attitude thanks, I have one of my own! Interesting article...it didn't do much to help the local merchants though. It was totally dead business wise in the Village that day. Mist of the action was at the Ski Area, and a lot of the $$ went to the booths there, which were not local businesses. And most of the people did not stay here. It actually hurt the local merchants. This has happened before when there is a "big Happening" that is touted in Big Bear. People that are not interested in the type of event that is held stay away because of the crowds they anticipate.
Are you sick Cameron? All of a sudden a lot of people seem to be coming down with a sore throat and coughing. My mother is in Urgent Care right now with an IV for an infected ear, coughing, and chest pains, and daughter just called from the Central Coast and said that she is down with sore throat and coughing. I feel fine (so far).
